POSH Graffiti Old English White Wooden Letter Y on Ribbon.
This ethically made, hand carved white wooden letter Y is attached to a white ribbon and can be tied to a present as an everlasting gift tag. Alphabet gift tag letters are great for personalisation when gift wrapping. They can also be used for alphabet Christmas decorations and monograms.
The Old English letter style is an original design by Emily Readett-Bayley based on the medieval Caslon Old Face font but each wooden letter decoration is unique because they are handcrafted by artisan woodcarvers on the island of Bali, with whom we have worked, following the principles of fair trade, for over 25 years. Once the wooden letter is carved they are painted antique white and have a chalky finish similar to old plaster. When the paint is dry the Old English White wooden letter decorations are packed in a special POSH Graffiti box to protect them and they are posted to the customer in the same box to avoid wasteful double packing. No plastic is used.
