POSH Graffiti Gilded Gold Wooden Word PRINCE
This ethically made, gold wooden word PRINCE is hand carved from one piece of wood and has a traditional gilded wood finish. The top side has a gold finish and the wooden word is bevelled but the back is flat and the surface is slightly rough. They are surprisingly light and easy to attach to a wall using good quality adhesive pads, Velcro tape or suitable adhesive. They can be also be secured with nails using a similar method to hanging a China plate or they look good just leaning up against a wall. The words can be used to great effect on a gallery wall. The word PRINCE is also free standing but we recommend you secure it with a small piece of sticky tack to prevent it from falling over.
We also supply the full alphabet, plus numbers and symbols, in up to 4 sizes, so you can choose which sizes suits your space and really personalise your message or gift. They make smart gilded wooden monograms and personalised gifts and look great on a feature wall. They have also been used successfully for exterior signage but need to be given an extra coat of waterproof varnish, front and back, before fixing.
The POSH Graffiti Old English joined up word style is an original design by Emily Readett-Bayley based on the medieval Caslon Old Face font and traditional English shop front signage. Each wooden word PRINCE is unique as our words are handmade by artisan woodcarvers in Bali with whom we have worked for over 25 years. Once the wall word woodcarving is complete and the gilding is dry, the word is packed in a special POSH Graffiti natural cotton presentation box to protect them. No plastic is used. They are designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
